in UAE is to use free zone facilities.
In that way all procedures from the
very early beginning till establishing
the company will take about 24 hours.
The foreigner will posses 100% ownership.
But please be advised that not all
kind of companies can be established
in free zones. At the moment we have

Dubai, one is in AbuDhabi and the

zones it is also very easy, but you
have to find local national agent
for partnership. The most popular
kind of company you can establish
is Limited Liability Capital Company
(LLC). Under this kind of partnership
the local will be 51% share holder
and foreigner will be 49% share holder.
